Championing the new wave of electronic art.

Dimitris Duramanis (a.k.a dURA), has been an active member of the Greek Music scene, over the last decade.
Singer and lyricist of the legendary Athenian band SPYF & THE ZAKULAS, with two releases in
Pop Art records.. one 7' hit single "afrago agori" and one studio cd album
.
In year 2004, he starts the dub project PARANGA SOUNDSYSTEM, with his good friend Spanda Boy,
releasing one unofficial lp -"Viscosity zero" in 2005.
like a DJ, is more into the German sound.. and he mixes since 2001. The dj sets, are foul of romantic, dark,
or playfoul techouse, techno and technopop sounds, that he mixes, using only vinyls...
All these years, he had spin almost in every Athenian club, dozens of open air festivals and he had some gigs
also in Rome (Mitti club), Berlin (ZMF, Maria), and Hamburg (Rotte Flora).. happy that played with DJs
like Dave Angel, Speedy J, Simina Grigoriu, dj Nightlight, for true happy people.
Finally,in year 2008, he published his first book - "To sfirigma tou pipi" a surrealistic fairy tale for older people,
by Tiflomiga publications, and in April 2011, moves to Berlin.. he had the chance to play into one of the
closing parties for Maria am Ostbahnhof. 2013 back in Greece. And 2014 the track "Pretty Smile" will be my last release. (i mean, his..)
