Luego de once años de carrera musical, Don Tetto se consolida como uno de los artistas más importantes de su país y uno de las bandas de rock con mayor proyección internacional en la región. La banda que integran Carlos Leongómez (guitarra), Jaime Medina (batería), Diego Pulecio (guitarra y voz) y Jaime Valderrama (bajo y coros) ha logrado convocar una fiel y extensa legión de seguidores, editar tres álbumes de estudio, dos CD/DVD en Vivo y sumar una larga serie de premios a nivel internacional. Una nominación al Premio Latin Grammy en la categoría Mejor Álbum Rock (2011), premio “Best Central Latin Act” en los Europe Music Awards (2012), Mejor Acto Central MTV Latin American Awards (2009), Disco de Platino en Colombia por sus álbumes “Miénteme-Prométeme” (2012) y “Lo Que No Sabias” (2011), siete Premios Shock (Colombia), tres premios Radiocan (Región Andina) y cuatro Nuestra Tierra (Colombia), entre otros logros, son algunas de sus más preciados galardones. Don Tetto ha perfeccionado la definición de interacción directa con su público y prensa especializada, por esto no es sorpresa que es uno de los grupos con mayor difusión en cada una de sus actividades. Dos DVD/CD han grabado en vivo frente a su público, con boletería agotada en dos ocasiones diferentes, todo un hito y un acontecimiento que los convirtió en pioneros en estas producciones entre las bandas de rock de su país. El nuevo disco tuvo la producción de Toby Tobón, compositor, arreglista y productor colombiano que ha trabajado junto con Santana, Juanes, Andres Cepeda, Jose Gaviria, Diego Torres y Kike Santander, entre muchos otros artistas. Y al proceso de grabación se sumó el galardonado ingeniero de grabación Thom Russo (Michael Jackson, Audioslave, Johnny Cash, Huecco, Maná, Juanes, Alejandro Sanz, Eric Clapton, Tony Bennet, System of a Down, Joe Strummer). De esta forma Don Tetto completó la grabación de su disco en los estudios La Finca de Medellín (Colombia) y Hit Factory-Criteria de Miami (Estados Unidos).

OKeh short history: 

OKeh was founded by Otto K. E. Heinemann when he set up his own recording studio and gramophone record pressing plant in New York City in September 1918. Heinemann formed the name of the record label "OKeh", from his initials.  OKeh began by issuing popular songs, dance numbers, and vaudeville skits similar to the fare of other labels, but Heineman also wished to experiment with music for audiences neglected by the larger record companies. OKeh produced lines of recordings in German, Czech, Polish, Swedish, and Yiddish for the USA's immigrant communities. In 1920, Ralph Peer's recordings by African-American blues singer Mamie Smith were a surprise smash hit for Okeh. The company perceived the significant, little-tapped market for blues and jazz by African American artists. Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington and Bix Beiderbecke are only a few names of jazz greats that have recorded for the label. By 1926 Columbia Records bought the label and kept it running into the 60's with jazz and R&B recordings. 

In 1994, Sony Music reactivated the OKeh label as a new-age Blues label. Okeh's first new signings included Keb' Mo, Popa Chubby, and Little Axe. By 2000, the Okeh label was again retired, but in 2013 it will see its re-launch as a jazz label once again.
