ALI.I.I is a talented DJ most known for his smooth and precise mixing style with heaps of energy behind the decks. He started his DJing journey in Melbourne, Australia in 2007 where he was quickly spotted and offered his first ever club residence at “Simon Says” which took place on weekly basis at the iconic underground venue “Brown Alley”. His style is best described as Energetic and Uplifting playing a variety of genres like Progressive, Trance, Twilight, and Psychedelic.  To date, “ALI.I.I” has played in countless gigs around the world like: Australia’s famous Pharmacy, Armada Night, Stereosonic tours, and Maitraya Festival, Sacred Aeon in Turkey, & is one of the founders of Sensory Spectrum Oman. He has supported and warmed up for countless electronic music giants like Gareth Emery, Markus Schulz, Roger Shah, Sean Tyas, Human Element, Zyce, Liquid Soul, Ace Ventura, Daksinamurti, Emiel, Skyvibes, K.I.M, Filterheads, Zzbing and many more to list.

Due to ALI.I.I’s passion to a verity of sounds and a strong encouragement to explore slower genres; he decided to start a new dedicated project. His alias A-Axis was born in 2010 where he immediately won the SoundKraft records DJ competition and joined the labels family. He was soon thereafter seen performing at multiple events at Royal Melbourne Hotel, Room 680, and Jett Black. To Date A-Axis has performed at Pawn & Co, Summadayze official after party in Melbourne, HQ Complex in Adelaide, Bubba Bar in Croatia, Garr in Portugal, Txoko in Bahrain, Bedouin Tech in UAE, The bank, Prive, & Lazy Lizard in Oman, supporting the likes of Nora En Pure, Booka Shade, Pena,  Riktam & Bansi and other deep house, techno & prog legends.

Born into a family where both his mother and brother are skilled musicians, David Hellquist from Gothenburg, Sweden, has always had music and sound as his main focus in life.

Starting in 2008 with electronic music, he felt an urge to create the twisting sounds and noises that kept bugging his head – only finding peace of mind once they were realized.

His tunes vary from Dark Progressive/Psygressive with a “twisted-tech-glitch” touch, to different EDM genres such as Techno, Minimal, Deep/Tech, and House.

Hellquist is sure to continue serving us psy-heads with his unique “digital-acid-deep-in-the-Swedish-forest” kind of mind-altering musical creations.
