Semi-D is a Remixer / Producer/ Writer, hailing from Yorkshire, UK,
 With over 25 years worth of dedication to the music scene he is not a new comer and has made his mark all over the globe,
 
It began in '99 when his work was picked up by DMC the worlds most renowned DJ Only Label (also owners of Stress Records), notorious for helping pave the way for some of the worlds most talented dance music producers including Dave Seaman and Steve Anderson (Brothers In Rhythm) Michael Gray & Jon Pearn (Full Intention / Bodyrox), James Wiltshire (Freemasons) and Paul Dakeyne (Tinman) to name a few!
 Semi-D has created many more remixes for DMC since which has resulted in many worldwide releases!
 
In 2006 Semi-D joined forces with Brighton based label Born To Dance Records and got straight to work remixing a track for the labels own head honcho titled 'Gav McCall - I'm Alright', the track was released the same year and gained support from some of the industrys most well respected DJ's smashing dancefloors worldwide!
 At This point the demand for remixes came in thick and fast and Semi-D was approached by another Brighton based label 'Mass Recordings' 2008 saw his remix of Filth & Splendours 'Language' released on the label, this remix had an electro twist and was a slightly different direction for Semi-D showing he is no one trick pony 

2010 saw the release of Semi-D's Club Smash 'Hollow Of Your Heart' featuring the sexy sublime vocals of 'Neve' (Toolroom) the track caused dancefloor damage worldwide with its infectious funky bassline and mind blowing piano hook, 'Hollow Of Your Heart' had an impressive remix package including remixes from Karl G & Jamesie, Hayley Parsons, Cristian Marin and Artie Flex, it recieved support from many of the worlds elite DJs gaining a lot of radio and club play!
 
During 2010 Semi-D completed many remixes for artists such as 'Studiopunks feat Soraya (I Don't Want Nobody), System F (Cry), Karl J & Jamesie (Never Should), Karl G & Jamesie (Gamemaster) Franco Amato & Diego Donati ft Dani Vasile - (Get Up & Go) & Harry Hard (Disco Dancer)
 
Semi-D signed to '23rd Precinct Music' and during 2011 his track 'The Journey' featuring Sharon Fehlberg was released on 23rd Precincts own label 'House Of 23rd', it gained major support and was made a featured track on trackitdown. 
2011 also saw Semi-D collaborate with Karl G & Jamesie with the track 'Compromise' feat the vocals of Amanda O'Riordan (the wife of DJ Judge Jules), known best for her classic trance anthems 'It's My Turn' & 'Can't Keep Me Silent' both released under the name 'Angelic'!

Starting in late 2012, jHopper began experimenting with electronic music. Having experience playing guitar he decided to take whatever knowledge he had to the synth. jHopper must be taken into account as a very new artist and one who hadn't touched a DAW until February of 2013.  His main focus is bringing back the classic 90's electronic sound as well as incorporating newer flavors of house and trance into the mix.  Always open for collaboration, jHopper has worked with Kaupunkiman using the jHopper track Morphine.  Please message him with any questions or ideas as he is always available.
