"La Pratica" is an episode curated by Publishing Station and tailored together with Matete Martini for the second issue of inCf magazine for the purpose of creating a parallel soundscape experience to this special issue which theme is very dear to us. 

Repetition, narratives, collaborative approaches and a lot of practice are solid ingredients of our creative recipe. 

Therefore, in line with our methodology, we have assembled together a mixtape where rhythms interweave with the voice of the contributors. Allowing them to arise from the two dimensionality of the printed matter, in order to let you shape and create your own multi sensorial experience. 

Curated and assembled by Elena Braida and Marta Oliva in collaboration with Matete Martini. With fragments by Sofia Clementina Hosszufalussy, Marco Smerilli, Iris Roth and Stefano Cigana and Future Young Talent.

Yochlol of Lolth

This sound started from a feeling of hopeless loneliness. The type that feels so deep and heavy that nothing can reach it. In the process of creation and arranging I sought collaboration to help ease this feeling I had.
Project collaboration is the only way I know to connect with people. I seek feedback and ideas. I take notes when friends say things to me that I don't understand at parties in the bathroom. I seek musicians to add, friends to sing, talk and play instruments.

In the video clip I wanted to create a mood of strange occurences. Where violence and care co-exist with beauty and movement.

ALX; GoSlow needs to be reminded to go slow. She is a Naarm based artist who has a tendency to rush. "Take it easy and enjoy the process of learning about music". She confidently navigates instruments she is not trained in. Exploring the unknown gives her freedom to wear a theatrical hat, play characters and find joy in unlikely places. 

Alex Go Slow is Alex Mateus Antunes,  lives and works on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation. She acknowledges them as the traditional custodians of this land and country.
