Suzanne Parry (b.1980) grew up in Cornwall, leaving to study composition at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, where she achieved a first class degree and masters with distinction and made her London debut at the Purcell Rooms during The State of the Nation Festival after winning the auspicious Conservatiore Composers Forum. Suzanne later became Associate Composer at Music Theatre Wales where she met composer Nigel Osborne, who secured a scholarship for her to pursue a Ph.D. at The University of Edinburgh, where she now teaches.
 
Suzanne music opened the 2007 International Conference on Music Since 1900, and since then she has enjoyed working widely in theatre, dance and chamber music. She is fortunate to have worked with a breadth of clients across the thriving Scottish arts scene, with broadcasts on radio 3 and high praise in the national press. Suzanne work is gaining recognition in the USA since winning two prestigious international calls for scores in recent years. This year she is looking forward to Recitals for Wrigglers featuring her her setting of the King Arthur myth to an audience of babies and toddlers during The Edinburgh Festival Fringe. She is currently beginning a commission with Scottish Chamber Orchestra Connect in partnership with Borders Live and The Borders Heritage Festival.

Award-winning singer and composer, Kim Carnie, has featured not only on some of the UK’s biggest stages, but across the world via film and computer game soundtracks, including Netﬂix’s Outlaw King, Black Mirror and The Bard’s Tale. Since launching her solo career in 2018 with the release of her debut EP ‘In Her Company’, Kim has become one of the most sought-after singers and session vocalists that Scotland has to offer.
