Larry is a quirky singer song writer with no sense of style, and bad attitude. He has resurfaced in Athens Ga. after years of misguided ramblings out side of the commonly accepted realms of decency and respect.
Contrary to popular belief he was not taught to play by the devil, but most likely a very close friend of the devil's younger brother. It's complicated and you wouldn't understand. Enjoy!  

"The Fusiliers" is The Celtic Greengrass Band from Athens, Georgia:  Brent Davenport (Mandolin/Bass/Vocals); Jason Elder (multi-instrumentalist/Vocals); Anna Kurtz (Accordion); and  Liam Parke (Lead Vocals/Banjo/Tenor Guitar/Spoons). Parke also does solo performances as a singer-songwriter and is Host/Producer of the popular "The Best of Unknown Athens", a monthly singer-songwriter Showcase at one of Athens GA premier venues: The Foundry.

I have been playing, singing, and recording since I was a kid. I've ended up in several bands over the years, played shows all over, met many fine musicians, and had a blast doing it all. 
 
Throughout my journey as a musician, I have experimented with pretty much any and everything I could get my hands on to record with. At that time, I was so curious about how to get cool recordings with good quality. As I continued on this path I began to learn lots of new programs and applications in which I could record my own ideas as well as other musicians/ bands. Then, I started to learn how to actually edit and mix. Currently (2014), nearly 20 years later, I still continue this journey writing songs and producing them with my own original sound.  

Other than my interest in music, academia has been a primary focus in the latter years of my life. At one point in every struggling musician's life, funds have a major impact on what one is to do with their life. I had always been intrigued by the brain, body, and the mystery of consciousness. I chose to study neuroscience. 

One thing I have realized most is the importance of balance in ones life. No matter how much studying or work is involved or how much stress I am dealt, I always find my balance in the music.
