Exactly one year ago on 9th December 2023 I played my first little techno set at my own party. At that time I only had 2 weeks for practicing and figuring out how all this Dj stuff works, but I still wanted to do it even though my hands were shaking. Today, one year later, I wanted to upload a set with all of the techno tracks that moved my body even back in 2019 at good old favela times. So enjoy one hour of some oldies and some new goldies - all songs are 128bpm (my favorite rhythm haha) I know that this set is by far not perfect, but I still wanted to share it, because if I don't do it now, I guess I will never do it :D Love you all and looking forward to see you all on the next rave <3

Progressive Techno Set - Alicia Fae

91 minutes of hypnotic, low-tempo techno — dark, dreamy and subtly driving. Every track in this set had been sitting quietly in my library, never played out before, and I honestly don’t know why.

This mix wasn’t planned. It came together on a rainy afternoon, while I was sitting on my couch with my DJ controller in front of me — no intention other than to press record and see where the music would take me. What followed was a spontaneous journey through deep rhythms, lost textures, and unplayed frequencies finally given a voice.

Revisiting the mix, I realized I could hear clear shapes, strong structures, and a geometric flow. For me, it sounded like a tunnel of rhythm becoming more hypnotic the deeper and longer I listened. Maybe you'll experience the same.

This is not a dance edition (but always feel free to dance 😀) — the intention wasn’t peak-time party energy. Just a quiet drift through a different corner of my sound. But those who know my other sets and my style will recognize the roots. Let’s see where the journey takes you, and where you find yourself within my set called "Unplayed (but loved!) Frequencies."

This snippet captures a stretch from 00:20 to 01:15 — the final magic (for me, the last 30 minutes) stayed with those who were there.

Still, these 55 minutes hold their own, and I loved every minute of it. You can really feel the energy shift as the set evolves.

Progressive PsyTech Set - Alicia Fae

Alicia Fae is a progressive techno DJ from Münster whose sound blends driving peak-time energy, progressive flow, and subtle psy influences. Starting her journey on the dancefloor in 2019, she found in techno a space of spiritual grounding, inner clarity, and a sense of release — a foundation that shapes her sets today.

Since her first official gig at AMP Münster in May 2025, she has performed across northern Germany, leading to residencies with Electronic City at Triptychon and the RE:MOVE collective. By the end of November, she will make her debut at Waldfrieden Events.

Guided by intention, connection, and a gentle spiritual flow, she aims to invite dancers to reconnect with themselves and move into presence together with her. Her sound shifts between high-energy drive and more dreamy, flowing passages always following the pulsating bassline of progressive techno.
