Back in mid 90s Boboo Djoon started his Dj-career after collecting vinyls for a few months. 
Self-taught with mixing and scratching skills (but with great genre mentors that saw his potential) he immediately gained appreciation by crowds in local clubs & bars. Considered for being a young aspiring music-lover with an enourmous passion for the funk music from years before he was even born. 
Although considered as an upcomer, this under-aged youngster received bookings in his region where he was still not allowed entrance to as a guest due to his young age. 

Years later he developed a versatile interest for different genres within his sets as long as they contained a funky, harmonic good-vibe-feeling that was appreciated by the listener. The journey span through sets with music from the urban scene of soul, boogie, disco, newjack swing, hip hop, r&b, UK Garage, 2step and balaeric nu-disco to different venues in Sweden and Europe.
