David Arango, A.K.A. The Breakline, nació en Bogotá en 1995. En 2013, comenzó a explorar la cultura electrónica underground del Hardtechno y Hardcore Frenchcore. En 2016, se unió al crew Twisted Sounds como Bizetbreak, pero pronto reformó su proyecto como The Breakline. En 2019, incursionó en la producción musical y lanzó sencillos con Techsound, y co-fundó BTA CORE, un sello de hardcore techno latino junto a Tetzuo. En 2020, se unió a Neocycle Agency y se enfocó en los subgéneros de Drum and Bass durante la pandemia, conectando con sellos como SENSOR, HKV y PRSPCT. En 2021, ingresó como DJ y productor al sello GMB y luego se unió a Core Concepts en 2022. La línea artística de The Breakline consiste en subproyectos como Break-T, Break-C, Break-D, Break-N y Break-K, que abarcan diferentes géneros electrónicos. The Breakline ha trabajado con sellos Footworxx, PRSPCT, Deathchant, HKV y Prototypes Rec, entre otros, y tiene una amplia experiencia en la escena electrónica underground.
