The first thing you should know about Maxwell Morgan, is that he lives for the music. Originated from Hackney, North London and like many others, made that move to the sunny South Coast. He built a majority of his reputation in and around the South Coast. “where he made his name, DJing at events in towns and cities all over. He owes a lot to these towns and cities who are crying out for that London vibe.” Maxwell believes that whilst there is a big following for underground music in Bournemouth, the town is some what behind London's music scene. Maxwell Morgan linked his name with numerous night clubs across the South coast and London, including Garage Nation (featuring live MCs: Boy Better Know, Skepta and JME and Rock the funk, linked with KISS 100. Whilst Maxwell may have an established fan base he believes that sometimes you have to take 2 steps back in order to take 10 forward. But essentially, if your heart’s in the music, you’ll get there in the end. You have to believe that your heart is in it. It’s all about the passion and the music, anything that comes after that is a bonus.” With a whole host of club nights and events to his name, Maxwell has built up a massive following and has now firmly linked himself with numerous club promoters and event organisers. “He has worked for radio many times throughout his career, and has seen how the system works. 

Maxwell is currently the founder of Maxdem Recordingz, producing new talent, new sounds and exclusive remixes. Maxdem Entertainments is also another established organization created by Maxwell himself, which consists of organised club nights (Prim & Proper, Garage Nation, What the Funk, Messy & off the edge) and promotions.
