Episode 13 - Moving beyond thank you

Les scientifiques qui étudient le stress disent qu’il y a quatre ingrédients dans le stress - comme dans une recette. Pour s’en souvenir, ils utilisent l’acronyme CINÉ – C – I – N – É. Un acronyme, c’est un mot formé à partir de la première lettre d’autres mots. Avec le CINÉ, on est capable d’identifier les sources du stress. Et en sachant pourquoi tu stresses, tu seras capable de t’y adapter ; mais aussi de t’y préparer et, finalement, de l’apprivoiser.
