DreamTeamTana is a Hip-Hop/Rap artist from Trenton, NJ. Tana is known for the aggressive but sometimes harmonic cadence he uses to paint pictures of the trauma and chaos he’s been exposed to his entire life. After being found guilty of First Degree Murder in 2016 and sentenced to a term of life imprisonment plus an additional 23 years, a retrial was granted for him that resulted in a not guilty verdict due to lack of physical evidence placing him at the scene. 

Within a year of his release Tana tells his Instagram followers during a live recording session that “[the] music is everywhere! Apple Music, iHeartRadio, Spotify, Tidal all that! It’s crazy ‘cause this time last year I never thought I’d be in this position, but I I’m blessed to be here for real.”

As his streams and fan base continue to grow on a daily basis, Tana has become a household name for a few in his community and has the potential to be an artist for the world to love. Judging by his musical progression since his release, it’s clear Tana has big plans for himself and his self styled brand MakeAMil.
