 Pablo "Pac Man" Concepcion was born and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He was brought up on the "West Side" of St. Thomas. Pablo grew up without a father, which made it a struggle to understand many things at first, but as he humbled himself and observed, it all started to make sense! Pablo grew feelings towards what was taking place in his surroundings, and found music as his way of expression. He started rapping at the age of twelve, given the name "Pac Man" by his close peers. "Pac Man" seemed like a catchy name so he stuck with it. Seven years later, "Pac Man" recieved the exposure he had always dreamed of. This is just the beginning. His motto, inspired by Mahatma Gandhi "Be the change you want to see in the world," truly represents his lyrics.
