His home is not only in Bremen as he lived in Adelaide, South-Australia, as well. And he has a strong bond to Seoul in South-Korea. He visits these countries regularly. These experiences from different countries influenced his music a lot. His songs are in music and lyrics strong, powerful, emotional and direct. They rock the suburbs and move the people. He is a storyteller and sings about the lives of ordinary people. He is influenced by Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, John Mellencamp, Jimmy Barnes and many more but does not try to copy them. The sound can be described as an independent Australian-American-grungy rock style based in Europe. M’s powerful Band is "The Congregation", which brings the songs with an overwhelming, entertaining show on stage. But he plays acoustic concerts too. There you can listen more closely to the stories of the songs. The last album "The Acoustic Walk - pimped and tuned + The Acoustic Session Tapes" was released in Spring 2014. An acosutic album which still transmits the power of the songs. At present he is working on a new album which will be rocky again but will contain acoustic features and songs as well. It will be released in autumn 2016.

Seine Songs sind direkt, schnörkellos, kraftvoll, bekennen sich zur Einfachheit, bestehen auf Ausdrucksstärke. Roots-Rock mit interessanten Ausflügen; mal in sanfte Americana-, mal in harsche Grunge-Areale. Durchaus von Heroen wie Petty, Dylan oder Springsteen inspiriert, aber frei vom Drang, sie zu kopieren. Dies und vielfältige musikalisch-persönliche Erfahrungen in England und Australien spiegelt die CD „Bremen-Adelaide”, entstanden mit der Unterstützung von „The Congregation“, M's kraftvolle Band. Seit Frühling 2014 ist das Album "The Acoustic Walk - pimped and tuned + The Acoustic Session Tapes" auf dem Markt. Ein akustisch gehaltenes Album, das trotzdem die Kraft der Songs transportiert. Im Moment arbeitet er an einem neuen Album, das im Herbst 2016 erscheinen wird.
