Billa is a versatile DJ, music producer, and creative force who has spent over 15 years shaping Chicago’s dynamic music scene. Known for his ability to blend house, disco, funk, hip-hop, and more, Billa’s sets have become the stuff of legend. He knows exactly how to command a crowd, moving effortlessly between genres and creating unforgettable nights wherever he spins. His deep connection to the music and the people has cemented his reputation as a true tastemaker.

For seven years, Billa held one of Chicago’s hottest residencies at Blind Barber, turning Saturday nights into an institution and earning a devoted following. His talent also led to residencies at Virgin Hotel and Soho House, where he further solidified his place in the city’s nightlife scene. Beyond Chicago, Billa has made his mark with memorable performances at festivals like Mamby on the Beach, SXSW, and Lollapalooza, showcasing his ability to connect with audiences on a larger stage.

Billa has also brought his unique sound to high-profile events for brands like Jordan (Nike Brand), Mountain Dew, NBA All-Star Weekend, Apple, and Hennessy. While he’s collaborated with big names, his heart remains in the music, and his sets never lose their edge.

Now turning his focus to new production, Billa is gearing up for a 2025 release that promises to push the boundaries of his sound even further. As he continues to evolve, Billa is ready to leave his mark on the global music scene.

DJ Mochi is a Chicago-based DJ, producer, and event curator. He is recognized for his worldwide outlook on music, seamlessly weaving together crowd favorites with lesser-known gems and remixes spanning the globe. From Hip-Hop and R&B to Afrobeats and Dancehall to Amapiano and House, his selections transport audiences to clubs around the world.

Mochi got his start spinning records as a student at the University of Oregon, where he hosted several radio programs on KWVA 88.1 FM. Since relocating to Chicago in 2016, he has brought his sound to dozens of venues across the city, landing residencies at local hot spots like Soho House, Ace Hotel, and Blind Barber.

In 2020, amidst the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mochi co-launched Global Currency, a live-stream event on Twitch celebrating international sound system culture. Since landing a new home at Sleeping Village at the start of 2022, the event has quickly emerged as one of Chicago’s hottest dance parties. As a brand, Global Currency has officially partnered with Red Bull, featured top DJs from around the country, and headlined multiple music festivals to date. 

Mochi’s versatility as an artist has led him to a variety of high-profile bookings. 
He has  performed at Soulection's “Link Up” event, spun official after-parties for Afrobeats superstars like Burna Boy and BNXN (FKA Buju), and directly supported global talent, including Tame Impala, Lizzo, Tierra Whack, and Juls. Mochi frequently travels throughout North America, appearing on stages in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Toronto, Denver, Indianapolis, and Portland. 
In 2022, the Chicago Reader recognized Mochi for “Best career breakout by a DJ” in their annual Best of Chicago edition.

For Mochi, music is a universal language that has the unique power to connect people. His mission as a DJ is to build a diverse and forward-thinking community, open to fresh sounds and experiences.

Empire of the Sun, the visionary Australian electronic duo comprising Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore, have been making waves across the world with phenomenal live shows and anthemic smash hits for the last decade as one of Australia’s most successful musical exports.
With Steele's background in The Sleepy Jackson and Littlemore's founding role in PNAU, the duo embarked on a sonic odyssey that has captivated audiences worldwide. Third LP "Two Vines," saw the band welcoming guests like Lindsey Buckingham, members of David Bowie's band from the Blackstar sessions, and Wendy Melvoin from Prince & the Revolution and featured singles “High And Low” and “Way To Go”.
Their chart success extends far beyond their native Australia, with their albums achieving multi-platinum certifications across the globe. In addition to their commercial triumphs, the duo has garnered an impressive array of accolades, including eight ARIA Awards, two APRA Awards, and an APRA Billions Award. With over 5.5 million albums sold globally and a staggering 7.6 billion streams, Empire of the Sun's impact on the music industry is undeniable, solidifying their status as icons of the electronic music genre. 8 years since their last LP, 2024 sees the dawn of a new era. The journey continues…this time we’re going through “Changes”.
