Once upon a time, 

In a universe far,far way

A little boy and his Teddy Bear sneak out of the space station to have a bowl of spaghetti and a cigarette.

Until disaster struck...

The little boy tripped over a pile of trash, sending debris,pasta and his poor little Teddy floating into vast open space... Drifting off... Deeper and deeper into nothingness.

Distraught with the idea of  losing his best friend, the little boy started searching around for something, ANYTHING, to use as a lifeline and throw it to his teddy. 

"Nothing... Not a single thing near by!" shouted the little boy and in that very moment, grabbed his bowl of spaghetti and started running, launching himself off the platform towards his Teddy bear. They both reach out and barely grab each other's finger tips...

As the they floated around, they hit a metal box amongst the debris and noticed it was an old computer with a copy of Garage Band.

"THIS IS AWESOME!" Shouted the little boy. Lighting a cigarette from the half packet the teddy had in his pocket he whispered, "Well... If we're going to be astral traveling the rest of our lives... It's at least going to sound dope..."

Solara is the psytrance act of Natalia Roux, from Johannesburg, South Africa.
With an ever-growing love and appreciation for underground electronic music, as well as the movement, Natalia yearned to share this passion and so taught herself to dj.
13 years on now signed to Our Minds (Cape Town)  and previously to Uroboros Records (Brazil), Solara continues her quest to find the most beautiful, psychedelic music featuring uncanny auditory panoramas.
Come day or night, Solara’s sound is chunky, funky, energetic psytrance, coupled with deliciously dark basslines. A sound inspired Earth and by our Universe  and it's undiscovered masses… potentially concealing big-ass spaceships, aliens and parallel worlds from us all 👽

Solar consciousness

From the biological sciences, we know that life on Earth is dependent upon the light, heat and energy of the Sun; without it, all life would perish. Some spiritual theories explore the idea that light energy from the Sun may create and sustain spiritual consciousness for human life, as well. They believe that learning to work with the light of the Sun could enhance physical health and expand spiritual consciousness.

The theories of quantum physics suggest that everything is energy, including consciousness and thoughts. According to lecturer, author and filmmaker David Wilcock, who wrote The Source Field Investigations, photons of light energy from the sun must be continually absorbed and stored in the DNA for the survival of the human species. He suggests that the more prepared the body’s energy vibration is to absorb the higher frequencies of solar energy, the healthier humans will be, physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually.

Gene Savoy Sr., an American author, explorer and theologian, researched ancient cultures and spiritual traditions to develop a scientific system for working safely with the light of the Sun to expand spiritual consciousness. He founded the International Jamilian University, in Reno, Nevada, in 1972, which teaches the spiritual science of Cosolargy. The Cosolargy Academy teachings incorporate a foundation for understanding how sun energy can be used as the source for color, light and sound healing.

According to these teachings, all healing energy comes to this planet through the light energy consciousness of the Sun. Inherent in these frequencies are the wave fronts of color, light and sound that can assist the body’s ability to heal itself. Because selfhealing is a prerequisite for expanded spiritual consciousness, it is theorized that the healing light from the Sun has the capacity to heal the physical body and expand spiritual consciousness.

The key that opens the door to this magnificent pathway to spiritual luminescence is to sustain the vibrational frequency of unconditional love. The Sun is the light source for all life on this planet; solar consciousness provides the path to transformation. The collective power of enlightened consciousness will create the future for our planet—a new golden age never before experienced in the history of humanity

Dr Fractal est un projet de psytrance qui a évolué au fil des années en explorant différents chemins musicals, autant dans la musique électronique que dans d’autres sphère musicales. Musicien depuis l’enfance et batteur dans différents projets, il découvre petit à petit l’étendu des styles de musique électronique en passant par la dub, drum’n’bass puis la techno, et enfin la psytrance qui sera un réel coup de coeur.  
Sa musique est singulière car il nager a contre courant, évitant de créer la même musique qu’il écoute et d’où il puise son inspiration. Son style se distingue par des atmosphères profondes et immersives, accompagnées de puissants beats incisifs et d’un sound design subtil, ce qui lui permet de proposer une musique riche et évocatrice. Plutôt que de se conformer à des normes, Dr Fractal cherche avant tout à offrir une expérience sonore unique.

Dr Fractal is a psytrance project that has evolved over the years through the exploration of different musical paths, both within electronic music and beyond.
