After a period of time off for 2 property renovations, Matt is back on the decks.
Matt found his passion for House music as a young soldier in the Australian Army in the late 90's while his mates had their mix taps of death metal. Years later in the early 00's  Matt became immersed in the House club scene in Sydney, following his dj friends around for their sets.  Soon after, he found himself  a set of Technics 1200's and an old mixer and the House music adventure really kicked off.  Inspired by his friends passion for the more underground Deep House Matt became drawn to the complex melodies and chords underlying most sequences that have a soul, ambient, or lounge vibe to the (occasional) vocals. Matt continues to draw inspiration from his friends behind the decks and dj'ing has become a passion. Matt has dj'ed across Bali, Sydney and Melbourne with regular gigs & residencies at many of Melbourne's bars through to its top clubs  playing Classic, West coast, Deep, Soulful and Jackin House plus the odd bit of Nu Disco. 
Matt is one half of House Beat Productions Group with his partner in crime behind the decks and close friend Karl Prinzen, based in Sydney.  Together for their sets they are unstoppable.
