Born in the early 2000's on the vibrant coastline of The Indic’s Pearl, Mozambique, Darkzii is one of the youngest rising forces in the underground electronic scene. He first touched the decks at age 9, sharpening his craft long before stepping into the public eye, and began producing his own tracks at age 16, developing a sonic identity built on deep grooves, sharp rhythms, and immersive atmospheres.

Darkzii cut his teeth performing at countless private parties, where his instinctive feel for crowds, adaptability, and technical precision quickly set him apart. These early, intimate sessions laid the foundation for the dynamic performer he is today.

He has since made his mark on Ponta do Ouro’s premier locations, including Pintos Beach Bar and NB Point, consistently delivering energetic, tightly curated sets that resonate with both local and international audiences.

Darkzii’s work has earned support from global heavyweights such as Michael Bibi, Joseph Capriati, Gordo, Davide Squillace, Rich NXT, Cristina Lazic, Neverdogs, Joey London Style, VLTRA, Aitor Astiz,  Bizza, Micah Baxter, Ms.Mada, Grahm Radio, Nicolas Caprile and many more, a clear signal of his growing international footprint.

On the production side, he continues to expand his influence with releases on Artema Recordings (Spain), Habitat Label (Mexico), Krad Records (Argentina) and Sebel Music (Panamá), with additional projects and label announcements soon to follow.
