Era Bleu is a genre-defying artist from Lagos, Nigeria, now based in Houston, Texas. Though often linked to Afrobeats, he’s carving his own lane with Afro Rock and Soul—a bold fusion of African rhythm, rock grit, and soulful storytelling.

Influenced by legends like Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, 2Pac, Kanye West, Drake, The Weeknd, Brent Faiyaz, Stevie Wonder, and African icons like Burna Boy, Wande Coal, and Flavour Nabania, Era Bleu bridges eras and sounds with timeless emotion.

He first caught attention in 2016 with songs like “Up Up and Away,” “Trance,” and “Blue Eyes,” earning 300K+ plays and a nod from Burna Boy. Since then, he’s graced stages in Winnipeg and Houston, including opening for Davido at the Toyota Center.

A two-time Afro-Canadian Award winner, Era Bleu keeps pushing boundaries with “One Life” (ft. Adekunle Gold), “Hennessy,” “Slave to the Rhythm,” and his latest anthem, “Make Up Your Mind.”

Born Dominique Marcell Collins on the island of Puerto Rico and raised in New Orleans, pop/RB artist, Dom Marcell, also known as the “Seven Threat” (Singer/ Songwriter/ Actor/ Dancer/ Screenwriter/ Director/ Businessman), took a liking to music at the young age of 3. 

Being raised in a strict household and forbidden to listen to secular music, Dom Marcell developed an affinity towards gospel music, which would eventually create the foundation for his artistry. As he grew up and became more independent of his family, styles such as contemporary RB, pop, hip hop, and dance music were integrated, solidifying his unique sound. 

While attending USC in Los Angeles, Dom Marcell was known among the student community as a performer. In addition, his passion to learn about the business aspect of music translated into internships at HBO, Atlantic Records, and Warner Brothers. 

Facing an ostensible dead end in music, Dom Marcell worked in corporate America and then obtained his JD/MBA degrees from Northwestern University.  After a brief stint on Wall Street as an investment banker, he realized it was time to reengage his passion.  

His notable features in Billboard Magazine, HuffPost, BuzzFeed, Fox, Black Enterprise, PopDust, and many more, are just the beginning of Dom Marcell’s future.

Intimate vocals and cryptic lyrics float above an orchestral palette; electric and nylon string guitars counterbalance complex harmonies and spectral electronica. With his first EP, Hidden Roots, Iuliano unlocks a sonic door to a modern artistry that is both elusive and accessible.
