Whetstone - a joint effort from guitarists Amy Jeffery and Jamie Hopman, bassist Steve Thomson, drummer John Gaughran and vocalist Fred Armstrong.

The band collectively falls into the genre of Hard Rock, playing covered music by the likes of Judas Priest, Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath.
They work hard every week in the studio writing new original music, and aim to gig as often as possible, supporting local bands and slowly raising their name through the local ranks.
Each member has been influenced musically by a different band and genre, be it Amy's love for Joan Jett, Steves loyalty to Iron Maiden or Fred's interest in Ronnie James Dio,
they come together to produce music collectively and collaboratively.

Silence, the Defiler are a metalcore band from the east coast of england. We formed in early 2013 and play in the tuning of drop b, if you love metal check us out, our ep "three men can keep a secret if two of them are dead"  shall be released early 2014 so keep your eyes peeled.
