With SIAMESE020 we have come full circle. Shiffer, our good friend, Siamese family member and co-graphic designer with Adrian Schweizer since almost day one, has created his most personal release to date. This EP has been recorded during a challenging time in his life and reflects the journey through profound variations of human emotions. Remembering his very first production 'Drunk on Hope' on our initial Anthology release, we're proud to see how Patrik's music evolved into such a genre-spanning array.

The title track 'Black Ballad' illustrates the proverbial tunnel but also the light at the end of it. For us this opener hits the spot right where tears of sadness and joy meet. It's filled with Shiffer's uncompromising grooves and basslines, gently touched by a sublime melody.

'Her, Endlessly' and 'A Deeper Understanding' are two beautifully crafted tracks we love to play during longer sets. They perfectly lead the crowd into a state of mutual trust and sincerity. 'Her, Endlessly' is more on the house and instrumental side of the spectrum, while 'A Deeper Understanding' is a bit darker, moodier and more trippy.

'Memento' is almost industrial sounding, heavy and yet hopeful, possibly even resembling early Burial releases, so creative and powerful. I remember Adrian Schweizer telling me to drop everything and that I should listen to this immediately. Five minutes later this track has been signed.

When it comes to music I personally enjoy the most, 'Moorgarten' is right up there, an unexpected composition with a familiar vibe. This track actually motivated me to do a whole playlist of this kind of music - trip-hop at its finest. You could even argue this pays tribute to some of the great hip-hop instrumentals from the 90s. Listen to some of these and you know where I am coming from.

All in all a diverse, unique and very promising record that opens up a new chapter in Shiffer's musical path and lead him anywhere he wants to be.

I have slept for so long. No little escapes from everyday life. I can feel the restlessness growing inside of me again.

Wherever they may be.

Is this the real life or is it virtual reality? 
Only one thing is certain: the sun has already set.
The paths are labyrinthine. The view is obscured. Not easy to find the others. But it is the night that’s calling me. 
Are the places that draw me in really real - or like a melody that I can't get out of my head?
But as long as the music plays, everything is alright by me.

Kreatur Der Nacht (feat. Isolation Berlin)

"Nobody Is Not Loved" - who could even dare to make such a statement?

Only music itself. Because music loves everyone, regardless of whether they are good or bad. It holds this very special, divine power. A metaphysical force that can unite all people, and has done so since the dawn of mankind.

“Tuk Tuk” is the third single from the album "Nobody Is Not Loved", that is now being released.

It is a highly energetic track that swerves across genres, first and foremost through the powerfulness of the extraordinary voice of Inez, singer of the German band ÄTNA. Her strong attitude stands above it all: "I'm the boss!"

The music video is a parable for the main idea behind the album title: The invisible protagonist of the video is the music, embodied by Inez. And she really has to fight. Throughout history, music has been misused, attacked or entirely forbidden – but until now has always prevailed. And once again in this case!

Because only music has the power to overcome everything - and to unite everyone in the end.

Tuk Tuk feat. ÄTNA

Born and raised on one of the main streets of Maadi (Degla) , ytorky, AKA Youssef Torky, started his musical journey when he was 12 , when he was given a musical instrument by his Dad. It was at this moment that YTorky knew he wanted to be part of 'The Techno scene in Egypt.


He first became interested in the Techno music in 2013. In 2020, aged 21, his Mum and Dad bought him his first . At the age of 17, he was already being touted as Maadi 's answer to Andy C. He did various warm up sets before the doors opened in clubs hosting major names such as Andy C, Randall, Grooverider, DJ Hype, Doc Scott, Danny Dyer, Noisia, Nick Grimshaw, Skrillex, and many more. In 2018, he achieved his big break when he won a competition on an EDM forum to play a set at a phat rave, which Ytorky described as the greatest night of his life. It was after this point when he started getting gigs at big events such as Khabooty monkey and New year eve private project .
After receiving several offers, Ytorky joined , who helped distribute his first internet release, 'Happy ending ' in 2019. Though the single didn't sell as many as he probably would have liked, Ytorky is a fighter and since 2021 has been locked in the studio perfecting his craft.
Suffice to say, the Drum and Bass scene should be expecting big things from Ytorky in 2022.
