Nachts Wach - Miksu x Makko (F​Ø​CUS Edit) [FREE DL]

For "Here Until Now", eclectic producers Luigi Sambuy and Kris Berle take a departure from the sound they are respectively are known for, blending influences from Omar S, Moodyman and Theo Parrish. The two have a lot in common, both being expats in the USA and Mexico. They both made strides in their respective scenes, organizing parties, hosting radio shows and writing music. The result is a balanced tool for the cross-genre DJ, blending elements of lo-fi, minimal and sample based 90s house music. The single will be the first self-release of both artists and will be out September 1st in occasion of Bandcamp Friday.

Luigi Sambuy and Kris Berle are two producers from Italy and Norway respectively. Their paths cross at Burning Man in 2022, after which they initiated a fond friendship sparkled by their love of record collecting and production. In November 2022 Luigi debuted a new concept of events in NY called "Metronome", for which Kris was the inaugural guest.

Frankfurt based DJ, producer, curator and event manager Shia LaBiff, known amongst his peers as Michèl Dion Baltin, has a huge repertoire of music and influences which he is constantly sharing for more than 20 years. Starting in early age with Indie, Post Punk and New Wave he soon discovered the joy of electronic club music and started following the path of New Order, Primal Scream and Andrew Weatherall into a new beat driven world. You will hear shades of Italo and Electronic Body Music, New Beat, Acid House, Techno and New/Cold/Synthwave in his mixtapes or DJ sets. His event and guest mix series Blank Wave is providing artists like Perel, Facets, Andi (Synthicide), Sharlese, Shubostar, Que Sakamoto, Rotciv, Radondo, Aural Trace, Moderna and Skelesys – just to name a few. Also check out his Discocaine series if you’re more into Italo Disco, undiscovered 80s gems and Proto House.

He always tries to combine old heroes and newcomers in his mixes. Artists who have been with him for decades, like Einstürzende Neubauten or Xmal Deutschland, are featured alongside friends whose work he truly appreciates, such as Facets or Zee Mon. His sets span a range of genres, from Belgian New Beat to Acid House with a Goth touch, and include old-school electro reminiscent of The Hague and Canadian EBM. The vibe is always dark and international.

'hot steel'  is back on трип!

For the second round in the series, the idea remains the same - Nina Kraviz announces the stream date and sends out a call to artists for their unreleased music to oidodekraviz@gmail.com, all genres are welcome. After the stream takes place, the favourite tracks are signed and a few weeks later a digital only 'hot steel' compilation is released.

The second hot steel stream took place in Mykonos' Cavo Paradiso and results into another multitalented, high octane and unique 21 track compilation.
