Name: Gagaku Textures I by bartonmusic

Description: In 2010 I composed a full length score for a stage production of Kurosawa's Throne of Blood directed by Ping Chong. I studied a handful of instruments from the traditional Japanese Gagaku orchestra: ryuteki, hichiriki, sho and shakuhachi in order to perform my own samples. In this exploration I made a sample reel for the MakeNoise Morphagene and sculpted that.

This *feels* like a theatre piece, like a stage play. Fantastic!
