DJ Zen: A Journey Through Sound and Rhythm. From a young age, DJ Zen has been immersed in the world of music, starting in his early days playing the trumpet in a marching band and performing across the UK. His passion for music took him deeper into the rhythm-driven world of house music when, at 17, he began clubbing at the iconic Hacienda in Manchester. The music's infectious energy set the course for his lifelong journey in sound, which led him to Spain at 19 in 1992. Zen's love for the music industry blossomed in Spain as he worked as a club and bar PR, selling tickets and filling venues. This work took him across the globe, with stints in Greece, Bali, the Caribbean, Thailand (Koh Samui), and beyond. 

Throughout this time, Zen forged deep connections with the music community and supported renowned DJs, but his journey as a DJ was just beginning. Though Zen had been jamming casually with DJ friends for years, it wasn't until 2019, with the encouragement of close Thai DJ friends in Koh Samui, that he took the leap to perform professionally. His diverse music background, shaped by his travels and influences, spans genres like Jazz, Soul, Funk, and, most notably, House music. Over the years, his sound has evolved into a rich fusion of Soulful House, Deep House, Tech House, Melodic, Progressive, and recently, Organic House, which evokes the magic of sunset vibes. His passion for Afro and Latin House stems from his time living in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and the Caribbean, where the cultures of these regions helped shape his musical expression. 
DJ Zen's extensive experience as a dancer, promoter, and performer has given him an innate understanding of crowd energy, allowing him to seamlessly connect with audiences in various settings. Whether it's a lively beach club, a chic cocktail bar, an intimate lounge, or a private house party, Zen's music creates an atmosphere that captivates and moves people.
