Kingsley roots himself in traditions of Nigerian dance and rhythm as well as other modes of expression, from jazz-infused vocals spread across octaves to intimate, entrancing lyricism, an emcee’s swagger and flow, thunderous bass guitar fluency and weighty beat production chops.
