Following the "Allegory Of The Cave' Post Scriptum unveils a new set of Paride Saraceni's stories.
Walk Away EP explores new sonic and deeply emotive territories while directing the listener through an arcane journey. Title track 'Walk Away' symbolises awakening and breaks new soil for what is yet to come for Saraceni. Remixes come from the likes of Habischman, who has recently landed on Edu Imbernon's Fayer and Diynamic's talented Grigoré, while the EP closes with Relic, a cinematic journey through antique textures and dark adventure-space.

After Joey White treated us with an EP and Album last year. This time he got pursuit boss Rob Hes on board to deliver some banging tracks. In fact, they spend so much time in their 'man cave‘ That they have some great great music ready.

The first single 'Beyond Us' is clearly bound for deeper nights and ecstatic smoke filled club sessions. Strings, synths and deep chugging bassline provide a triple AAA concoction, that is brewed to perfection by these two producers.

Ukrainian duo Woo York deliver a powerful, driving, dark-yet-sophisticated sound on their upcoming ‘Chasing The Dream’ LP, set to drop on May 4 as the first artist album on Afterlife.

Opening with the brooding and thought-provoking cosmic stabs of the aptly titled ‘Inception’, Woo York guide you through a fluid-like path across ‘Chasing the Dream’, offering fluttering synths on ‘Walk Along The Rainbow’ and a rattling percussive core to ‘There Is A Light.’ Their signature 303 magic hints at acid on ‘Through Peaks and Valleys’, and there is ice-cold ambience to finish in ‘Rise’ and an alternate mix of the title track. Berlin producer Kevin De Vries has emerged as one of the capital's most hotly tipped newcomers since his track ”Eternity" appeared on Adam Beyer's Drumcode label in 2016. Besides such luminaries as Beyer, Sven Väth and Richie Hawtin, Tale Of Us have also recognised his talent, paying De Vries the compliment of featuring his track "Path To Immortality" on their Fabric 97 CD this year. If that’s not enough they’ve also given Kevin a place of honour on their very own Afterlife label compilation in the form of "Mágoa".

Which brings us to the matter in hand. De Vries' debut for Cocoon is characterised by significantly higher levels of impulsive energy without ever losing sight of his instinctive feel for harmony. "Meraki" speckles shimmering harmonic textures over the structured bass end, reminiscent of sunlight reflecting on turbulent seas - absolutely perfect for dancing through long summer nights! Teaming up with canadian friend Weska "Sonorous" orchestrates a tropical heatwave before the cyclical after-hour techno of "My Blurred Dream" brilliantly rounds off this heavy duty 3-tracker.

With much pride we present our second release of the year, coming from dutch wonderboy Beswerda, who makes his debut on the label with a solid dark melodic techno EP entitled ‘Sisters Car’ including remixes from VNTM (who released his “Wanderer at night EP” recently on WEITER), and the talented Erly Tepshi. 
 
Beswerda, who recently released music on Tronic, Pursuit and Infinite Depth, has been on Olivier Weiter’s radar for quite some time. Both the title track and ‘Missing Piece’ have been personal favorites from Weiter since a while, being a highlight in every DJ set. Powerful, steady grooves combined with dark, melodic elements. Hypnotizing people from the start, both tracks dive into a euphoric breakdown, kicking in strong with a surprising melody afterwards. Beswerda’s signature sound can be heard clearly in both records - while listening to the tracks you just know they're going to work well on the dance floor!

Koen Beswerda is a Rotterdam based melodic techno dj/producer and started producing electronic music in the year 2015. This year he really started pushing and releasing his own tracks to share with everyone. With his debut on a Various Artist album on Tronic label from the legendary Christian Smith, it’s a promising start to his career. A lot of unreleased tracks are already supported by artists like Pan-Pot, Richy Hawtin and Kevin de Vries, which will come out in the near future. With the great feedback and collaborations he’s working on, we can assure you that Beswerda is a new talented artist to watch.
