Before 2002, the life I lived was quite different, from the life I live today. I was judgmental of things i had no real understanding about. In particular, panic anxiety disorder, and certain homeless people I encountered that I felt had wronged themselves or others in some way. I was financially driven, had never went without my life until that point. Financial Prosperity, I stood for. If I I I was carrying less than a couple of grand, I felt inadequate. After losing everything me & my two teenage kids owned, and not finding assistance in Redondo Beach Ca., a friend asked me to come to Long Beach Ca.  There I would have an opportunity to get back on my feet. And we did. Stricken with mental illness, and still battling a worker's comprehension case, I was devastated, tired, and ready to give up...  Arriving at MHALA (Mental Health America)  is where I got psychiatric evaluation, housing assistance, and the best of all STREET OUTREACH to the homeless mentally ill community, and my life hasn't been the same since my story brought me to SPIRITUAL PROSPERITY! A NEW WAY OF LIFE, WITH A WAY TO LIVE!....I have been getting out in the world and enjoying the feeling of "Life".... I didn't realize how good it was to be able to go out to Beverly Hills and hang out at the places I loved so dearly since my eye-opening, life altering fall from the financially driven woman I use to be... Taking a drive up Palos Verdes Road to take in the beauty of the World God created was surprisingly relaxing to the soul. My dream home sits atop Oceanfront Estates nestled beautifully over the Pacific Ocean. I hadn't been there in so many years, for one, I have been among the people I have grown a close connection with via street outreach here in Long Beach where I've been the majority of the years away... And for another, the feeling of facing my past life and not being able to handle the emotions of failure in reflection of all the things I could've or should've had by now if my family never would have lost everything... But as I drove around to the places we lived, the schools the kids attended back then I felt the total opposite of what I feared... With each memory I felt empowered and new! No feelings of loss, inequity or failure came to mind... Today I live a different lifestyle, a lifestyle of spiritual prosperity, humility and understanding of things I once frowned on. It was a refreshing and renewed experience. I can't even remember if I had ever felt as good back then as I did now... The difference is that back then everything I did and all my success was attributed to myself by myself to only in the end impress myself! God wasn't the one I gave thanks to on a everyday basis... I gave myself all the power and praise... But today I give it all to who is responsible... God. And I anxiously await to do whatever he calls me to do! And when I speak of my blessings it is for the sole purpose to inspire hope, faith and support to the ones who may be going through similar circumstances my family did. And to be testimony to them that they should never give up on themselves or God... There really is light on the other end of the tunnel. And when it's all over you'll come out a better human being having learned the lessons life taught you. There's nothing you can't do if you give it all you got!
