South FL rapper, Calloway Luh $ki moved to Miami, FL from Haiti with his parents and siblings at the age of 5. Barely speaking English, Luh $ki quickly became infatuated with American hip-hop and Caribbean genres. His inspirations growing up were Sean Paul, Soulja Boi, Eminem, SpeakerKnockerz, and BabyFace Ray. $ki was writing his own raps by the age of 10 but didn’t take music seriously until 2017 when he released a remix to Kodak Black’s Tunnel Vision. 
 
His unique and diverse sound is like no other, which is why he proclaims to only compete with himself. The Florida rapper features local and established artists from all across the nation. His music describes his not-so-easy come up from growing up in poverty to living comfortably. He raps about the modern day, black American dream.
