This singer / songwriter is full of life and laughter. " I write from experiences whether it be my own or a friend's. Everything you hear from me is something real. " Nia begin using writing as an outlet at a very young age. " I started out keeping diaries and writing short stories. " But singing was Nia's first love. " I was always singing something by Mariah Carey or Whitney Houston. " During her years of public school, Nia participated in various vocal ensembles and performed at The Kennedy Center. These ensembles helped Nia develop her love for arranging vocals. Over the years, Nia has over come many battles with life and music.  "If I had to describe myself in one word I'd use the word fighther." Nia is a driven individual who conquers all obstacles with her signature dimpled smile and contagious laughter.  "I laugh all the time, at the silliest things. I'd say I'm the silliest member of Retrolife. My dream is that my laughter and music reach the ears and hearts of many. I have a story in every song. I think the world should hear. " ♥
