Tiano is a guitar player/ multi instrumentalist from Bacolod City, Philippines and comes from a liberal point of view when it comes to the arts.He is influenced by creation and almost all genres of music, from bebop to soundtracks and everything in between. 
Tiano is the frontman/guitarist/sax player of Nancy Brew, a smooth jazz/pop quartet from Bacolod.He is also involved with the electronica side project THE MINISTRY OF TRUTH. Currently, he has formed Trios Los Filteros, a blues/jazz/rock outfit and performs weekly.

He still has to find time to come up with more artworks and essays.
