Andy McArthur Started his house music pursuit with Peterborough’s most renowned Deep House Sound System SafeAndSound, With his brother Iain McArthur and friends.
The McArthur brothers began playing for the likes of Grooveyard sound system in the late 90’s, following on to hold residencies for Dizzyfunk House Music Collective and Dig Deep events and continually rocking the dance floors at free parties for the legendary Nottingham based Sound System Smokescreen. 
In 2001 the pair along with the other members formed SAS sound system and began playing at venues up and down the country in doors and out! Then onto Prague and Goa in India. They frequently hook up with the likes of DiY, Rugkutta, Duvet Crew, Wireless, Shrewd, Babble, and Deep Cartel and Others from the UK free party seen.
SAS stopped doing parties ever sins the sound system was stolen by the Welsh Police...
Andy and Iain still like to play their favorite tunes and rock dance floors in bars, clubs and Fields whenever possible. Andy is currently hosting a SAS night in the Voodoo lounge Stamford Linc's first Sat of every morning month.  safe x
