Hailing from the mean streets of Los Angeles, CA, Mr. Lao started his career a decade ago as a banquet DJ. Mr. Lao soon
moved on to the fickle Hollywood nightclub scene performing at some of the area’s most exclusive bowling alleys and Elks Lodges. It was in the Hollywood scene where he perfected the craft of clearing dance floors and creating Motorola 2way pager ringtones.

Mr. Lao has shared the DJ booth with hot go-go's and an extensive roster of openers as they burn through the hits. He’s been a regular performer for C-list celebrities, injured minor league baseball players, Arena Football special teams players, and D-League basketball all-stars.

On a more serious note, in 2008, Mr. Lao relocated to Florida from New York after a marketing career at Sony Music Entertainment. After establishing himself as the resident DJ at the highly popular nightclub, Suite Ultra-Lounge, Mr. Lao was voted Best Nightclub DJ 2010 by the readers of Independent News.

Mr. Lao is happy to be back behind the decks as the resident DJ at Seville Quarter (Pensacola, FL). He was voted Best Nightclub DJ 4 years in a row (2010-2013) by the readers of the Independent News Best Of The Coast Awards.
