With a background already based in classical piano Miss M started her musical journey in the school band on guitar in the early 90's where she was heavily influenced by the Seattle sound and bands such as Nirvana, Tool, Alice in Chains and RHCP. With a passion for the alternative side, she became quickly drawn to electronic music, starting with Trance and then onto the family of House (Deep and Tech) and Techno. 

After a ‘light bulb’ experience in Miami at WMC and Coachella, she decided it was time to channel her creativeness from Design into DJ’ing and she quickly became enamored with her new instrument and has never looked back. 

In 2013 Miss M has undertaken many new projects, producing and writing. Most notably Miss M has been crowned the 'Wild Card Winner of Your Shot’ - DJ Comp 2013, which saw her battle it out against an initial 6000 entries nationwide. Playing a Deep Tech House set that shone through in a sea of bangers, this placed her at the Avant Garde in the commercial competition, which saw her win the title.

Miss M will hit the big stage in December 2013 for her biggest set yet - Stereosonic. Stay tuned for upcoming gigs and more.

Jorge Flores, aka Nina Flowers, was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico in 1974. As a renowned DJ, Producer, and Vocalist, Nina has been electrifying dance floors since 1989, when he first began his career at just 16 years old. With a unique blend of talent, style, and charisma, Nina has become a beloved fixture in the music scene, known for his infectious understanding of how to bring music alive. 

As a recording artist, Nina has collaborated with some of the most talented DJs/Producers/Remixers of this era, producing tracks that have captivated audiences worldwide. His androgynous looks and powerful stage presence have made him a fan favorite, with residencies in multiple US cities and a global following. 

Nina's journey has also taken him to the small screen, where he appeared in the first season of RuPaul's Drag Race. Today, Nina continues to thrill fans around the globe with his music, performances, and unwavering dedication to his craft. 

Now, as Nina Flowers, he also presents his new persona, George Flores, a complementary expression of his artistry, allowing him to explore new sounds, styles, and creative avenues. With George Flores, Nina expands his musical horizons, bringing fresh energy and inspiration to his passion for music.
