This song was orignally meant to become a Bob Dylan persiflage but it didn't work out. It became more like a Deep Purple song. That's my mistake, I take full responsibility... Still there are references to Tombstone Blues and Blowing in the Wind that cannot be overheard. In this song the "How many" questions are a bit more desolate though: the son living in a gaming chair, the wife always searching for her antidepressants and the "me" person in the basement checking if the rope will hold. And when the sun stops glowing, everybody dies...
