BenM has emerged as one of the most exciting, energetic Dj's getting around at the moment. His distinct style of combining club hits, live remixing and blending classic party anthems spanning every genre is starting to become synonymous with every set that he is booked for. Add to this, his own edits, mash-ups and remix's ensures that no two sets are the same and every crowd has their hands in the air, as BenM says "it’s better to have a party in your life - Fun and laughter, Patron Shots, the girls, dancing, celebrating... it’s one big party, so live tonight like there’s not tomorrow"

Being from the "Party Capital of Australia" - the Gold Coast, not only can you often hear the sounds of BenM being played throughout a club, but also around various shops in places such as Broadbeach & Surfers Paradise, due muchly to the popularity of his current monthly mix-tape series which is generating quite the buzz, it’s also available every month on his Facebook & SoundCloud pages for download. BenM takes everything in his stride and is quite humble about his growing fan base "To just be walking around the place in to shops, or as cars pass by and hearing your music is a bit of a surreal feeling". BenM attributes a lot of his success so far to his friends, "I've come a long way in recent times, and I owe a lot of it to my friends who keep getting behind me with everything I do, it makes me push myself to take things to another level" 

Recently BenM has also taken on creating a lot of his own mixes of the popular club hits by adding his own touches to them and at the request of many of his colleagues, making them available for them to drop during their sets as well. During 2010, BenM took to the remixing arena, working on a couple of remixes including the Dirt Nasty & LMFAO smash hit "I Can't Dance" which premiered on the Gold Coast's number one radio station 105.7 Radio Metro’s track rotation. 

BenM has performed alongside and also for a number of people from M-Flo/Teriyaki Boyz, Naughty By Nature, Far East Movement, St Slick, DJ Rectangle, Kartoon Kidd, Ami Suzuki, DJ Kronic, Tom Starks, G-Wizard, Bomb’s Away, Rave Radio, MC's Shauny Wilson, Shortee, MALX and many more artists… Late 2009 saw Memory International Dance Party pick up BenM as part of their regular monthly events held at The Bedroom, SinCity, The Arena & The Met Nightclubs, which led BenM to become regularly known for putting on show each & every time he gets behind the decks, and now has a regular following at each event. 

20Eleven will see BenM take things to another level not only with the new mix-tape series for 2011 – Champagne & Killer Booty, but also with his sets "I want everyone to come along for the ride to this world of fun, dancing, shots, sexiness & craziness of every party, and escape from everyday life"

Started listening to Centreforce radio at 14/15 and thought VOODOO RAY, RICHIE RICH, FRENCH KISS & YOUR LOVE were the best thing since TURBO on Breakdance 1. Went to see PRODIGY Live PA plus FABIO & GROOVERIDER at DANCE 91 at picketts lock Centre. Pete Tong played room 2. Spent 2 years at Camden palace on Fridays at Orange. You will never witness bigger queues let alone Ponytails.

DJ Wise. After all of the above used to work in Edmonton gym  was reading MIXMAG 1993 copy and had to show people around, this included RAINDANCE promoter Paul Nelson aka slipmats older brother. I told him everyone in the gym ( plus it was packed ) were listening to all the music id been listening to at the weekend VIA MY MIXTAPES at the Gass club.INCLUDING MAW, FEDERAL HILL HILL, JOEY MUSAPHIA, GRANT NELSON( NICE N RIPE ), STRESS, MK, GEORGE MOREL, TUFFJAM,TODD EDWARDS. 

Paul gave me set. It was the busiest night at the club. The rest is........1993...
