Kash da kid, self-proclaimed “King of the Northside,” is the new face of Minneapolis Minnesota rap scene and the true definition of talent, hard work and persistence. With over 880,000 total YouTube views, 6 mixtapes(Kash da Kid show, Strapped Out Everything, Strapped Out Everything Reloaded, Strapped Out Everything 2.0, Strap God, Strap God 2 and a collab mixtape We Run the City with 3B’s), and over 50,000 units of his mixtapes disturbed throughout the Midwest, it is safe to state Kash da Kid has the star quality of some of his own musical influences such as Yo Gotti, Gucci Mane and Jay Z. Kash states “these people influence me because I feel they are real with themselves and real with their fans.” Kash da Kid knows a little too much about being real coming from the streets of Northside Minneapolis. Hailing from the Northside of Minneapolis, also known as Murder polis due to the increasing gang violence in the city, Kash da kid overcame the harsh reality of street life. After surviving a nearly fatal shot in the chest, Kash da Kid vowed to change his life around.  After freestyling for Georgetown Music Group, partner Bizzie Official, Kash da Kid was in the studio the next day, working day and night producing his first mixtape The Kash da Kid Show Mixtape in 2010. Following the success off his first single “Tunnel Vision,” Kash released a mixtape every year after. And with the mixtapes many Minneapolis Classic were born such as “King of the Northside,”  “Diamonds Dancing” “Kill Switch” “Doin’ Hits”  “No Joke” “FAME” and the list goes on. Showing versatility and improving lyrical ability, Kash da Kid  have features from artists such as Lil Jay, Billionaire Blac, Dough Boy(Free Bands), King Yella Man, P.Rico, Swag Dinero, FBG Duck, Mac Mouse fka Money Mouse and Skippa Da Flippa.  It is undeniable to not believe that soon Kash da Kid music will be broadcast across the United States.
