I create mixes for my own pleasure, but anybody can enjoy it too :) I've learnt mixing on turntables in 1998. That was the gold age :) Now it's lot more easier to create a mix with pc programs (like virtual dj and so on). In the civil life I'm an attorney which work is also a creative activity, so is mixing. 

I don't do any afterwork on my mixes, don't normalize them. I love perfection but sometimes I make mistakes in mixing what you may probably not recognize.  

The frequency of some of my mixes is changed to 432 hertz. I give you good vibrations in this way too :)

After a lengthy hiatus (he was last seen behind the decks in 2006), DJ ishtah - aka Haitham Asfahani - is back - the 90 minute sets are planted firmly in the deep house and nu-disco schools of musical thought, utilizing remixes of old tunes. The sets are part nostalgia for those of us who were partying in the 90s, and part happy-go-lucky ear candy for musical newbies. A musical veteran in every sense of the word, ishtah was pivotal to the World Trade Centre's Upstairs/Downstairs/Pomodoro nightlife scene, before going on to work with Tabasco, Sangria and Absolute. - ishtah reminds us why he was was a big player in the 90s.For the love of music .

Általános iskolás korom óta érdekel a DJ
szakma, a mixelés tudománya. Már ebben az idöszakban is - még kazettán - gyüjtöttem az
akkori disco slágereket. A kazettás DJ korszakból még kimaradtam, mivel jelentós
fellépéseim nem voltak.
Majd következett egy nagy elöre lépés, mikor megásároltam a mai napig müködö 2db
Technics SL-1210Mkll bakelit lemezjátszómat,
amivel már úgy, mint a profik tudtam dolgozni.
Mint minden szakmabeli elkezdtem a bakelit lemezeket gyüjteni, amit 2006 környékén
hagytam abba közel 4000db korong megásárlasa után.
Ezekkel a lemezekkel több rendezvényen,
bulikban is szerepeltem. 2004-ben a Red Bull Master Of Music dj verseny gyöztese lettem.
Napjainkban, mint mindenkit lassan a digitális
DJ világ kerített hatalmába, Timecode
rendszerek, kotrollerek.
