Free Ride

I played a beat-up cassette in my car in Nashville one day and heard this song. I thought, "I should sing like that." Then I realized it was me, I had recorded it on my portable machine after a writers night, it was late, I was very drunk. I'd completely forgotten I ever wrote it. So I got my then band together (the original Lonely Mammals) and we recorded it in 2003. But this is a brand new vocal I did in 2024.
