A keen curator of music and a lover of house
specifically; Kgotsokedj enjoys sharing his interest
in deep, soulful, and deep tech styles within the
genre. “Exploring digital music libraries as a teen
sparked a desire to find new music. Sharing the
excitement of “being-in-awe” of the musical
genius in the music I find.That is why being a DJ is more
than a vocation for me. It’s an expression of
humanity and giving moments of joy to those who
listen. This is why I’m a DJ. This is why I share that
experience through mixes and podcasts. 2008, I
stumbled upon and older friend’s CDJ Deck and
I was hooked. The rest, is, and will be the story of

Heartache is a strong and strange human emotion of a heady mix of love, hate and deep obsession, and it's a reflection of the music that we dig and play. If House is a feeling, then Techno must be a dream. The soundtrack can stretch from the mechanical rigour of Detroit Techno to ringing echoes of Reggae Dub influences in the deeper shades of House and at times surprising the listener with a dash of 80s Electro, Deep Disco or Italo, in the mix.
