Shcuro @shcuro is the alias of João Ervedosa a DJ, producer and graphic designer based in Lisbon. He also runs the record labels Sombra and Paraíso,  makes music as Jose Acid and hosts a show on Rádio Quântica. His first contact with a DJ setup happened at age 15, and that’s when Shcuro decided to buy his own turntables and mixer; and started producing his own beats, too. He’s since released music on Basal, Circus Maximus, Obscuur Techno, Golden Mist Records and his most recent collaboration with Photonz for Future Déjà Vu.
‘Particle of Memory’ is a hypnotic 6-track EP that explores new territories in contemporary dance music. Sonically Shcuro paints his sounds blending moody techno with industrial noises alongside fast, apocalyptic electro and breakbeat. He is influenced by Portuguese rave culture that was born in the mid-90s at Lisbon clubs Alcântara-Mar and Kremlin and the country’s first electronic label Kaos Records. Shcuro continues to expand and morph this rich dance heritage to create something entirely different. The bouncy, lead track “Afterlife” features vocals and lyrics by London's ELLES followed by a Decadent Dub rework. All songs have been mastered by George Horn at Fantasy Studios. Housed in a die-cut jacket designed by Eloise Leigh reminiscent of ‘90s escape/sci-fi films with futuristic bright pink pop flourishes.

Ascion is the musical project of Pasquale Ascione, an Italian from Naples based in Berlin. What makes Ascion’s music to stand out from the contemporary techno context, is its immediacy and intensity delivered in a genuine and open-hearted manner. Pasquale maintains the subtle tension in his tracks. There are constant upsurges of energy and unrest in these acidic formations calming down just to reappear with an even stronger punch. His music is sometimes build-up to the intensity of hardcore or echoes the golden age of rave as well as contemporaneous monolith tech-vibes.
Even though the majority of its output bursts with the utmost vigor of the heated-up climaxes of warehouse raves, there is also a place for the moments of icy lushness, downtempo, or profound and drifting tunes. Ascion’s various musical guises are nicely manifested in the sole full-length “Joy Dexon Club” on his Repitch Recordings, where airy and vivid techno compositions are infused with electriﬁed pulses and traces classic IDM nostalgia hinting at legendary Warp output of the ’90s. Despite these references, Pasquale’s tracks and mixes are best described neither by retro of futurist discourses, but rather a sprawling and overwhelming moment of the now, this hypnotic physicality still experienced in underground raves.
The curatorial activity as label manager, visual artist, and creative behind Repitch Recordings, Cosmo Rhythmatic, and 3TH Records showcases his vast musical taste and in a way reﬂects his sonic endeavors.

Thissperso is an Argntinian producer from Buenos Aires, currently based in Barcelona. Since the begining, he is part of the 63 crew.His music has gone from ebm to club music, always expressing kind of anxiety. He calls it visceral vomit.
Since the first track might very well express the album tone, beetween sadness, anger and anxiety. From ebm to kinda club music, the album might bring you somewhere where hope has no place to be. Where death is inevitable and witnessing is the only thing to do.

Yozy is a DJ and producer from Uruguay, now based in Barcelona. Constantly looking for sweet melodies and hard percussions. In this his first release, in physical format, his music is characterized by an amazing expressiveness, and an exceptional forcefulness. Her development in the tracks makes it unthinkable that this artist remains anonymous for a long time.

Premiering 'Shutting Up' by L/F/D/M (@LFDM) taken from the Mutual Autopsy EP out November 9, 2020 via @voitax

Following his debut contribution to the label’s catalogue this year via the Midnight Shift x Voitax „Mothership” compilation, (a contribution saw the artist paired with Veronica Maximova) the Brighton based producer L/F/D/M, also known as Richard Smith, is the latest to join the catalogue on Voitax. Having pushed the boundaries of his own music, Smith managed to release an impressive amount of records throughout the last years and has perpetuated his sound on cult labels such as Cititrax, Midnight Shift, Optimo Trax, Ecstatic and Clan Destine Records.

The British producer now returns to Voitax with his »Mutual Autopsy« EP - a strong four-tracker that is characterised by Smith’s undenably grainy lo-fi signature. The whole package is armed with heavyweight kicks, bloating basslines and crunchy, percussive patterns, that he perfectly crowns with some memorable and catchy synth lines. The former art student, as well as one half of Bronze Teeth, shows once again his ability to modulate his way into the abstract, while keeping it groovy and warm and firmly secures himself in the ranks with the techno avant-garde.
