Liverpool born producer I Am Lucas began perfecting his craft over a decade ago in some of the most sought after venues in the North West. Having won various DJ Competitions within the Liverpool area, the aspiring DJ has earned the respect of the underground scene and with various productions, 2016 has been a defining year for the young DJ/Producer. I Am Lucas has created his own feel good chunky tech house vibe that fits perfectly within the current boom of tech house on dance floors worldwide.

From early success in 2015 with his track ‘Let You Go’ that was signed to Yoonek Records UK, this release along charted at No’3 on the Top 100 Tech House Chart at Track It Down for an impressive 3 consecutive weeks. Following this success this passionate producer has had several releases on Sonny Wharton’s critically acclaimed label Whartone Records. Throughout the young aspiring DJs success Lucas has also featured in Afterdark Magazine and the local newspaper praising the producer for his dedication to the scene and self development.

Already with an EP signed to Sound of Krafted due for release early in 2017, I am Lucas is in the studio continually evolving his craft for the next stage of his career. The future is bright for this young Liverpudlian, and with the rate of his success already the sky’s the limit.

Cinder Path formed in Sheffield in 2025, when singer, guitarist, and
songwriter Dan Whitehouse teamed up with bassist Angela Holland (Silent Age, Via Holland) and drummer Dave Timmons (Rossmann Frister, Fallen Trees).

Dan’s name is already familiar across the local and wider music scene - he first came to light with Fights, Rossmann Frister, and later Mabel Love, most recently appearing on stage as a session musician for Reverend and the Makers and Stoney.

The project began in late 2024, when Dan started recording at
Sheffield’s Broadcast Recording Studio, working with Matt and Lucy Board from the acclaimed shoegaze band Pale Blue Eyes.

The band’s sound draws comparisons to Interpol, Doves, The Cure, and other acts from the worlds of post-punk and shoegaze - a modern, emotive sound that feels both familiar and new.

Av.Verdé began back in 2011, just a stone's throw away from Liverpool, across the Mersey on the Wirral. The Underground music scene back then was almost non-existent in the Birkenhead area since the glory days of the Drome in the 90’s. A group of local budding DJs & Producers gathered and decided to take a risk of throwing a big party for their friends and love of electronic music. 

Revolver became our first home, a renowned bar/club situated on a roundabout in the center of Birkenhead docklands and industrial area. The venue boasted an outdoor terrace, which became the foundations for what Av.Verdé stands for. Since then, the event has gone on to push boundaries and unearth characteristic venues that offer a unique experience to our faithful fan base.

Our parties run through the summer months opening our doors early in the day for a BBQ, then taking the party well into the early hours showcasing not only local talent but worldwide recognized names such as Amelie Lens who made her UK debut with us last summer at The Priory. 

The Av.Verdé ethos was built on a forward-thinking mentality to promote love, freedom, and expression to our faithful followers and strive to deliver something unique for the people who matter the most.

So far the team would like to thank everyone who has attended Av.Verdé and those who constantly bring their smile and brilliant attitude to the dance floor. We look forward to seeing you for many more parties.

KUSP started life as a random studio session between two best friends rediscovering their love for electronic music. Fast forward 2 years and their music can be heard at the biggest shows around the globe, supported by the biggest names the industry has to offer.

The duo’s hard hitting techno productions, pioneered by the likes of Alan Fitzpatrick, Charlotte De Witte and Adam Beyer, gained them BBC Radio 1 support early on, amassing stellar releases on staple record labels such as R&S Records, Suara, We Are The Brave, Odd Recordings, Octopus and Kneaded Pains.

Their live performances have seen them rise to supporting names that include Amelie Lens, Jeff Mills, Alan Fitzpatrick, Sam Paganini, Dense & Pika, Dave Clarke, Sama’, Rudosa and many more, taking their careers far beyond their native Liverpool to packed out shows around the world.

Their imprint and club night OTK, pushes the boundaries to bring otherwise lesser known names to the forefront of peoples attention, offering limelight to those “On The KUSP” of something special. Previous guests include Freddy K, SNTS, Anetha and Cleric with many more to follow in future.
