87. Heart Of Darkness

This one was very fun to work with, specially since I had the chance to go wild with more synths and drums and stuff. I kinda wanted this track to have a similar feeling to the original, where it focuses more on the super tech side of Hotland rather than, well, the heat, but I still wanted to evoke a feeling of head by using some instruments from Super Mario 64. As always, hope you like it!

This track was fun to work on. Crusadin had the idea to make it really metal, inspired by DOOM Eternal, and I thought it fit like a glove, but I decided to add some bits that resembled anime openings to add more of the "Mew Mew" identity to the song. Overall I think it ended up good enough, hope you enjoy it as well!
