This appears be the "Krezz Apollyon? 'There's nothing to do'" and "Krisk T, The Slayer Of All Demons" replacement for an old IPS patch, “The Same Same Same Same Same Puppet.”
But past that illusion, it's probably the "EX.CUTABLE (a.k.a. GOD)" replacement for a new AU, "Anti Anti Other The Same Same Same Same Same Same Puppet". It could also be a "rough draft" of some kind.

we're back, again! 

Ever since the disbandment of the Royal Guard, 3 kids have taken it upon themselves to keep the legacy of it alive. Susie, Berdly & Noelle have decided to band together to create a group, “The Fun Gang!”. They're just three goofy kids trying to achieve dreams that seem almost impossible to reach! Each of them has their own introduction and battle pose, similar to the Ginyu Force. They often argue about how one thing should be done, opposed to another, while Noelle just sits there through it. Noelle is actually the first of them to befriend Frisk, and will disable traps around Rockfall, in order to ensure they make it out alive.

Hey, I'm AshVA! (dis: ashtheva) Here is my AU.

Quantum Leap is an original Undertale AU that takes place in an altered timeline where certain events of Undertale that don't happen, end up happening. Frisk enjoyed spending time with their friends so much, that they abused their power to reset in order to relive the pacifist route. However, on the final reset, the FUN value went over 100, which caused the entire game to break and reboot. After this, a lot of things have changed. Frisk falls into the Underground later than expected, Asriel doesn't die, but Chara still does. Both Asgore and Toriel still rule, but Asgore is incredibly sick, so Toriel rules, Papyrus makes it into the guard and helps people throughout Snowdin Town, and much more!
