Lurking in the undergrowth of Australia's music scene, @r00ts_au is one of the sharpest talent scouts going around. Shining a light on Australia's underground music scenes, while also uplifting fellow music media personnel and visual artists, the Canberra-based journalist is shifting the way people consume music content.

Through mediums like digital art, write-ups, videos, new release features, and interviews, his raw, internet-indebted aesthetic has already helped him flesh out a world within itself, while also producing scene-leading coverage. Inspired to delve into the scenes that the rest of the industry misses, he's featured the likes of Sidney Phillips, Jonny Chopps, licuh, 4orttune, and Ninajirachi early on in their careers. His work has also brought together artists who have gone on to collaborate - a particular source of pride.
