Inspired by both environment and experience, Brooklyn-born Scott Matthews has a curiosity for curating sounds that has him flourishing in the underground music scene. 

An avid collector of music, the diverse library of Scott Matthews exemplifies his passion for minimalist, teched-out grooves. His live sets and production are distinguished by organic melodies and provocative rolling basslines, attracting fans of every ilk. 

Praised for his versatility in sound and innate ability to read a room, Scott soon made waves in Brooklyn, leaving his mark on the city’s after hours scene and being commended by Time Out New York as a "local table master."

Proving himself a mainstay in the ever-changing Brooklyn music community, his selections cover genres from disco and classic house to a darker array of sounds favoring techno and deep house. 

One can find Scott mixing at local venues such as Output, Cielo and TBA Brooklyn. In May 2017, Scott appeared at BangOn!NYC’s inaugural Elements Lakewood festival in Pennsylvania, alongside Lee Burridge, M.A.N.D.Y and Eli Escobar.

Often described as the Netherlands' most striking DJ duo, Mr. Belt & Wezol combine retro with the new. In both their DJ sets as their discography you can expect sample-based house tracks, curated carefully to hit a sweet spot between the known and the unknown.

With performances on Tomorrowland, Mysteryland and Ultra there's a big chance you will see the guys in real life. But if you really want to see them in their element, you should visit their "The Cuckoo’s Nest" hostings and clubshows.
