▓ True powerhouse of the Croatian techno scene, Insolate has been establishing herself worldwide as a DJ and producer for over 20 years, both as the head of the Out Of Place label and as the creative force behind the electrifying HUSH! and TRAUM events. Hailing from Osijek, Croatia, in the far east of the country, she took her first steps as a DJ in 1997 before moving on to European and global clubs. 

Insolate being an international messenger of techno was recognised by Ambassador award that gave her a title "Croatia’s ambassador overseas" for 2017. and 2018. and Elector awards gave her recognition in 2022. for the best Croatian DJ. Insolate is also a major contributor to the Croatian techno scene, so much so that she was in Ibiza to receive the award for "Dance Nation of the Year" at the DJ Awards on behalf of her nation.

She's already played some of the world’s most renowned clubs and festivals including Berghain, Rex, Tresor, Under Club, Detroit Movement Festival, Exit Festival, Tomorrowland, ADE and Dimensions Festival plus numerous Colombian and USA tours over the years plus Kina and Argentina tour  added to the list in 2019.

As a producer, she's had a string of releases on highly respected labels including Luke Slater’s Mote Evover, Ellen Alien’s BPitch Rec, Ben Sims’s Symbolism and DJ Deep's Deeply Rooted - supported and played by some of techno's finest including Laurent Garnier, DVS1, Dax J, Ben Klock and many others. 

As a DJ, Insolate is well known for her pure and energetic techno sets. It is clear to anyone who has seen her perform that she is an artist with a lot of experience, but also a lot of inspiration and ambition, and a deep knowledge of techno. She is simply a natural presence in a DJ booth. If you've seen her play, you will know exactly what this means.

As a well-established artist, Rommek has expanded his own sound, carving his way into the current techno and experimental scenes. His extensive interest in sound design is crafted within the dense atmospheres, heavy broken rhythms and electrifying tones found within his productions.

The London based producer released his debut record 'Thought Patterns' on Weekend Circuit in 2014. Rommek later joined the seminal Blueprint Records in 2016, gradually releasing five solo EPs, plus remixes from label owner James Ruskin and Broken English Club, O/V/R, Makton. Since then, he’s had a steady output of releases on Dutch imprint Leyla Records, Natural Selection as well as Mord, Hex, Loose Lips and collaborative release with the Spanish duo NX1 in 2022. Rommek’s latest EP pushes his creative boundaries one-step further, as the UK Producer makes his debut on Tommy Four Seven’s - 47 imprint. Exploring futuristic techno fused with 180 BPM IDM/ D&B crossovers.

Torn Relics, the experimental project between Rommek + Aimee Mullen was formed during 2018. Their debut EP, The Poisoned Chalice, released on Sacred Court, featured a remix by label owner SNTS. In 2020 the duo’s debut album: Abolish The Dogma, was released on Leyla Records, followed by ‘Burning Injustice’ in 2021 via Instruments of Discipline.

Since releasing over 10 EP's, Rommek has gained a wide range of noteworthy support, from BBC Radio 1, to many features and reviews in Mixmag, The Wire, The Quietus and Fuze magazine. In 2018 he was featured within the top 100 globally charted artists on Resident Advisor. Furthermore, as a touring DJ, he has played in over 20 countries around the globe. From this, it’s clear that Rommek is driven to continue expanding his capabilities and keep things moving forward.

The maiden debut of an anthologist queen in the Composers series, It can't have a better signature than Denise Rabe's.

For her installment, Rabe delivers a composition mix across sixteen tracks with her indistinguishable haunting sound, driven by industrial soundscapes and intense rhythmic structures in opposition to the hypnotic unwinding sounds that balance the wild trip, giving the piece a contemporary and vigorous enchantment.

The ninth of the saga is a reveal manifesto, putting the listener under a spell and carrying them into a subliminal space, from goosebumps in our body to the mystic and gloomy Rabe's voices in our minds, the chapter illustrates the sound design of reliving an odyssey.

We proudly introduce this fantastic sound fable, and gratefully remember, that "no act of kindness goes unrewarded."

Denise Rabe's extensive involvement in Berlin's techno scene, encompassing roles as a booker, radio host, promoter, and DJ since her relocation to the German capital in pursuit of a life in music, has profoundly shaped her into the pragmatic, grounded artist she is today. Her journey in the industry is eloquently mirrored in her unique, distinctive voice as a producer. 

Her approach and unwavering work ethic are evident in every release under her own label, Rabe. Here, her music is not just presented, but crafted with meticulous care, thought, and effort. This dedication extends seamlessly to the overall aesthetic and vision that encompasses not only her music but also the artwork and presentation associated with it. 

This commitment has enabled her to attract like-minded artists whose work resonates with her sensibilities. This collaboration is demonstrated in the compelling remixes produced by artists such as Rrose, Shxcxchcxsh, Headless Horseman, and others, who have contributed their talents to her releases on her label as well as other reputable platforms.

Noteworthy imprints such as Mutewax, which hosted her debut 12" in 2015, ARTS, where she rapidly solidified her position as one of the label's key figures, and Stroboscopic Artifacts, where her EP "Manifesto" was unveiled in 2019, provide clear reference points in tracing the trajectory of her career and its evolution. 2023 she set her tone on SOMA Records with her track "Walking On Boarders". 

Denise Rabe's distinctive inclination towards sparse industrial soundscapes, gothic aesthetics, and groove-driven compositions, enriched with hypnotic hooks that simultaneously mesmerize and distinguish her sound, has propelled her illustrious 10-year career across stages spanning the United States, Asia, and Europe. She has graced renowned techno institutions like Berghain and Tresor, standing as a testament to her stature in the global techno scene.
