I feel like I can't do anything right 

I try so hard my heart hurts like hell

I'm always in panic I'm always scared

Swimming under water sitting here trying to write this song 





As my world spins on autopilot

I can't control anything 

Out of control of myself

I'm hyperventilating I'm scared 

Of this world since I was a child 

Alone in tight places is where I would find myself 

Hiding overheating under the covers in my bed sweating 

I shake trembling I feel like my chest is crawling then crumbling crying in the mirror black runs down my cheeks to my arms hands chest bed am I dead 







I just need to get through this

All these intrusive thoughts

All you all you have to do is believe in yourself stay calm you got this life might be a big mess but I know together we can get out of this 





with emotional panic with no self worth 

I throw myself off the clift numbers falling down I'm falling down when numbers don't mean a things but only if you keep value within a mustard seed bleeding standing on a black box screaming at the top of my lungs 

I don't want to exist

But I know I got this 

I wish I could be anything other than this 

But I'm a survivor if I haven't died yet I won't now and this is just me short circuiting

I'll just stitched another piece back in position and push right through this 

Fighting tare ripping through all the shit all the knife's I keep stabbing inside of me trying to get out what has made me so sick
