Caribbean author George Lamming speaking at his Induction Ceremony as a Fellow of The Institute of Jamaica.  The ceremony was a part of the 2 day conference titled 'The Sovereignty of the Imagination : The Writings and Thought of George Lamming', which was held at The University of the West Indies Mona Campus from June 5 - 7, 2003.  The complete recordings of the conference are a part of The Library of The Spoken Word Collection housed in the University Archives at the UWI Regional Headquarters.
