Following on from the massive UWB10 release, El-B & Damien Soul - Running From Yourself, is a huge remix package from the likes of Albzzy, Drone, Forbid, Pavv, Skelecta & Voltage. All artists involved have given their unique own spin on the original, creating a portfolio of tracks that represent some of the most exciting sounds in House, Garage and Bass Music at the moment.
Albzzy has shot to prominence this year and we’re proud to have him on remix duties doing what he does best, serving up a fantastic House remix for us. Next up is Drone, who twists up the original with a hype remix that will undoubtedly cause gun fingers to be drawn. Then we have Forbid who takes it darker with a skilfully executed bassline, late night warehouse vibes on this one.
Next we have Pavv who takes things in a soulful direction with twinkly rhodes before switching it up on the second drop. Skelecta surgically cuts up the original and re-arranges it into a huge UK Bass interpretation with as much energy as there is attention to detail. Last but certainly not least we have Voltage who’s bought an absolute monster of a remix to the party.

Lost in the sky

A high-energy Drum and Bass track that balances raw intensity with smooth rhythm. The drums hit hard with crisp breakbeats and deep sub-basslines, driving the momentum forward. The sound design leans aggressively — sharp reese bass growls, distorted synth stabs, and punchy kicks — but it’s controlled and polished, avoiding chaos.

Over the top, atmospheric pads and vocal elements add emotion and texture — either chopped female vocals or haunting spoken lines that weave through the mix. The vocals soften the edge, bringing a human touch to the mechanical energy.

The overall vibe is powerful, dark, and dynamic, perfect for late-night sets or cinematic chase sequences — energetic enough to move a crowd, but with a melodic core that keeps it musical rather than purely brutal.
